KKTV General Manager, Charlie Peterson came to town, I guess thinking our town was named... "Whoville".  Just "Who" the heck does she think she is???  "Who", she turned out to be, for at least some KKTVers, was exactly what the below graphic depicts.

New Channel 11 GM commends station's 'passion'

 KKTV/Channel 11 welcomed a new general manager Monday.

Charlie Peterson took the reins at the station, replacing Charlie Hogetvedt, who took a job in California.


Peterson comes from WEAU/Channel 13, an NBC affiliate in Eau Claire, Wis., where she was the general manager for five years. Before that, she served as general manager for 12 years at KOLN/ KGIN/Channels 10&11 in Lincoln, Neb.
 

Peterson says she's impressed with the news staff at KKTV and looking forward to getting involved with the community in Colorado Springs.
 

"I think that we've got a hard charging news team that works very hard to put the product out every day," Peterson says. "What's really great is the passion they have to cover the news in this market."

 

 

Now, Melissa Brown is gone, Eric Singer is gone, and Mike Madson will be gone after Friday.  Somehow I don't think this GM was telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in that 12 July interview.  My only question; Who will be next?

 

Actually, I do have one more... Would you call her color , a shade of Gray-green???
