- A Tale of Two Cities -

Light pole accidents, one at a NY parade, and one in OCC...

An M&M balloon at the Macy's Day Parade, in New York, collided with a light pole, causing injuries to some parade spectators. Across the country, in Old Colorado City, a light pole accident caused no injury, but did cause some spectators.  A cement truck backed into, and became stuck on, a light pole on W. Colorado Ave., causing a slight traffic jam. Utility workers responded to free the truck and remove the pole.

Charlie Peterson was selected as this year's News Blab Thanksgiving Turkey for the following reasons:

1. Providing the Gray company line in her interview with the Gazette, after she first arrived here.

2. After providing that Gray company line, giving the big 3 at KKTV the word, "to find another job".

3. Ignoring requests from News Blab for information on the release of Mike Madson, Melissa Brown, and Eric Singer, after News Blab broke the story.

4. Refusing to speak with the Gazette about the story that broke on News Blab, when they called to get information.

5. Keeping KKTV employees in the dark about their pending demise.
