During this incident, one officer received minor injuries, one man was transported to Memorial, and one woman received the ole' pat-down and place em' in the back of the patrol car for transport routine... It occurred at the IHOP on Chelton.
Officers investigate a fatality accident, near the intersection of Circle & Galley, while the young driver of one car and others look on.
